Diffusing essential oil blends is a fun and natural way to create a warm cozy space for the Holidays. Synthetic fragrances are tempting but can cause allergies and other health problems. Diffusing pure essential oils at home or work is a wonderful natural way to scent a room with seasonal aromas.

Directions: Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil when using directly on the body. Jojoba, coconut, sunflower, avocado are good options. This allows for more controlled absorption into the skin as essential oils can evaporate quickly. It is also safer and lessens the chance of sensitivity. Mix 3-4 drops of essential oil to ½ tsp. of carrier oil or 6-8 drops of essential oil to 1 tsp. carrier oil or 30-40 drops of essential oil to 1 oz. of carrier oil.
