1. Drink more water and limit the smoking, alcohol, and caffeine. All of these can dehydrate your body, which can lead to dry skin. Dry skin needs to be hydrated. Aim to drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water each day.

2. Exfoliate! Effective exfoliation goes a long way towards the treatment and reversal of dry skin. Dispense body scrub into hands and work into skin. Move upwards in circular motions for best results. Use this scrub on the feet, hands and body. Don’t use scrubs and exfoliators everyday. Limit yourself to 2-3 times per week, at the most.
